I am just a regular guy trying my best to be a good contributing citizen, a reliable employee, a good husband, father, son, brother, and budding grandfather. I have worked in the medical profession since 1971 mostly in the hospital and home setting as a respiratory therapist. For the past 13 years I have been doing studies on and treating those with sleep problems. There are smart ways to help people sleep better and safer. . .knowledge is the key. I just want to share some simple, and mostly inexpensive, tips on how we all may sleep (and live) better.
